The Healing Place is an in-person studio is located on 160 acres in the Northern Ontario bush of Kenabeek. It was created as a sanctuary for women in midlife and beyond, where empowering movement, mindful breathing, and self-love converge to create a stronger, mobile body, calm mind & positive mindset. We also have a virtual option for those of you who are not local!
