Hi, I’m Sherry,
and I am so happy you are here.
I teach women in midlife how to build a strong foundation so that their mind, body and soul can flourish in their midlife years. I believe that all women should have access to resources that empower and challenge her, but also allow her to start with the body she has at this very moment. When you build a strong foundation, physical, mental and spiritual transformation is possible.
My Approach
My Breath, Movement & Thought Foundational approach has helped women in midlife and beyond create a stronger, mobile body, calmer mind and positive mindset to step into their best lives. From memberships to challenges to programs, there is something for everybody to enjoy.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT, E-RYT 200hrs, Certified Yin Yoga teacher, Certified Energy Medicine Yoga teacher, Certified Movement Educator in Pilates Mat & Reformer, Reiki practitioner, Crystal Reiki Practitioner, and a Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience.
I am so grateful to be able to do what I love everyday and to be able to serve you both in person at my studio in Kenabeek as well as in my Virtual studio. I also host the Happy & Healthy in Midlife Summit once a year, which brings together powerful female speakers from across the world to help women in midlife embrace this next part of their lives.
I live, love & laugh in beautiful Kenabeek, Ontario with my husband Ken. I am truly blessed with 9 beautiful grandchildren that bring me great joy and always keep me laughing. I live on 160 acres in the Northern Ontario bush where I enjoy all of the great outdoor experiences the north has to offer.
