I believe that every woman in her midlife years and beyond should have access to resources & support that empower and challenge her, but also allow her to start with the body she has at this very moment. Using my Movement Breath and Thought Foundational approach, I empower women to create a strong, mobile, flexible body, calmer mind and a positive mindset.

Hi I’m Sherry and I have been working with women since 1996 helping them create a strong, mobile body, calm mind and positive mindset. I’m a kick ass Grandma, mother, spouse, nature lover, and a converted northern girl.  I love to inspire, motivate and empower women in the middle years and beyond to live their best lives. I bring over 25 years of experience into all of my teaching and coaching. It is my mission to help women truly love the skin they are in using small steps to create big sustainable change.
